The invention provides a bridge pounding anti-collision protection device, and the device comprises a bridge pier, wherein the lower end of the bridge pier is fixedly arranged underwater, and the upper end of the bridge pier is exposed above the water level; a buoyancy fender which has buoyancy and protects the pier, wherein the buoyancy fender always floats above and below the water level. The buoyancy fender is arranged on the pier in a vertically sliding mode and automatically ascends and descends along with rising or falling of the water level. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to install and good in anti-collision protection effect, automatic lifting is achieved, and rapid application and popularization can be achieved.
