The double-layer corrugated steel reinforcing structure of the damaged bridge and culvert comprises two layers of corrugated steel plate pieces, an internal pouring object and an external pouring object, the outer-layer corrugated steel plate pieces and the inner-layer corrugated steel plate pieces are arranged in a spaced and laminated mode, and supporting pieces are arranged between the outer-layer corrugated steel plate pieces and the inner-layer corrugated steel plate pieces; an internal pouring object is poured between the outer-layer corrugated steel plate piece and the inner-layer corrugated steel plate piece to form a combined structure, the combined structure is located below a bridge and culvert damaged structure, and an external pouring object is poured between the bridge and culvert damaged structure and the combined structure. Due to the existence of the corrugated steel plates, the impermeability and the differential settlement resistance of the structure are remarkably improved, and the phenomena of cracking and water leakage of the structure are not prone to occurring.
受损桥涵的双层波纹钢加固结构及其加固方法,本发明属于桥涵加固领域,它要解决目前波纹钢加固既有受损桥涵中的加固跨度受到限制、加固后结构承载力不足、波纹钢局部失稳等问题。本发明受损桥涵的双层波纹钢加固结构包括两层波纹钢板件、内部灌注物和外部灌注物,外层波纹钢板件和内层波纹钢板件间隔叠层方式设置,外层波纹钢板件和内层波纹钢板件之间设置有支撑件,在外层波纹钢板件和内层波纹钢板件之间浇筑有内部灌注物形成组合结构,组合结构位于桥涵受损结构的下方,在桥涵受损结构与组合结构之间浇筑有外部灌注物。本发明由于波纹钢板的存在,使得结构抗渗性,抗地基不均匀沉降的性能有显著提高,结构不易出现开裂、漏水现象。
