The invention provides a construction method for heightening an anti-seepage PVC geomembrane of an earth dam. The construction method comprises the following steps that a groove is excavated in the dam top of the original earth dam; a plurality of rolls of geotechnical cloth are provided and conveyed to the dam top of the original earth dam, one side of the geotechnical cloth is spread to the slope surface of the original earth dam, and then the other side of the geotechnical cloth is spread into the groove; and the dam top of the original earth dam and the groove are filled with concrete, so that the original earth dam is heightened to form a new earth dam. By adopting the technical scheme, the heightening project of the original earth dam is achieved by adopting simple raw materials, the materials such as the geotechnical cloth and the geomembrane are low in mass, convenient to transport, short in purchasing period and low in purchasing cost, and the construction efficiency is improved advantageously; and the new concrete and the old concrete are mutually engaged tightly by arranging the groove structure, the geotechnical cloth and the geomembrane are further anchored through screws, thus the geotechnical cloth and the geomembrane are anchored firmly, the new concrete and the old concrete are engaged stably, the anti-seepage effect is improved, and interlayer slippage is prevented.
本发明提供一种土坝加高防渗土工膜施工方法,包括以下步骤:在原土坝坝顶挖掘沟槽;提供多卷土工布并将其运送至中原土坝坝顶,先将土工布的一侧铺展至原土坝的坡面上,再将土工布的另一侧铺展至沟槽内;向原土坝坝顶及沟槽填筑混凝土,使原土坝增高形成新土坝。采用本发明的技术方案,采用简单的原材料即实现了原土坝加高工程,土工布、土工膜等材料质量轻,便于运输,采购周期短,采购成本低,有利于提高施工效率,新混凝土与旧混凝土之间通过设置沟槽结构相互咬合紧密,还通过使用螺杆锚固土工布、土工膜,既使土工布、土工膜锚接牢固,又使新旧混凝土咬合稳固,提升了防渗效果,防止出现层间滑移。
