Hydraulic overload preventing device during working of hydraulic crushing pliers of excavator
The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic crushing pincers, and discloses a hydraulic overload preventing device during working of hydraulic crushing pliers of an excavator. The device comprises a body, wherein a hydraulic auxiliary rod is movably mounted in the left side of a hydraulic main rod, the crushing pliers are rotatably mounted on the left side of a supporting frame, stabilizing springs are fixedly connected to the upper portions of stabilizing plates, first moving rods are movably mounted on the right sides of protective rods, sliding rods are slidably mounted on the right sides of the first moving rods, and protective switches are fixedly mounted in the right ends of the sliding rods. According to the hydraulic overload preventing device during working of the hydraulic crushing pliers of the excavator, if the hardness of an object is high during crushing, the pressure of hydraulic oil overcomes the supporting force of the stabilizing springs, so that the hydraulic oil pushes the protective rods to move, the hydraulic auxiliary rod stops moving, meanwhile, the protective rods drive the first moving rods to move upwards, the sliding rods are driven to move rightwards to be in contact with the protective switches to cut off power in the hydraulic main rod, and a load can be automatically prevented during working of the crushing pliers.
本发明涉及液压粉碎钳技术领域,且公开了一种挖掘机液压粉碎钳工作时可防止液压过载装置,包括机体,所述液压主杆的左侧内部活动安装有液压副杆,支撑架的左侧转动安装有粉碎钳,稳定板的上方固定连接有稳定弹簧,保护杆的右侧活动安装有第一移动杆,第一移动杆的右侧滑动安装有滑动杆,滑动杆的右端内部固定安装有保护开关。该挖掘机液压粉碎钳工作时可防止液压过载装置,通过粉碎时若物体的硬度很高,从而液压油的压力克服稳定弹簧的支撑力,从而液压油推动保护杆移动,使得液压副杆停止移动,同时保护杆带动第一移动杆上移,并带动滑动杆右移与保护开关接触将液压主杆中断电,实现了粉碎钳工作时可以自动防止出现负载。
