Prefabricated building structure and assembling method
The invention discloses a prefabricated building structure and an assembling method. The prefabricated building structure comprises a prefabricated grouting concrete layer, a splicing assembly groove, and filling pipes. The prefabricated grouting concrete layer is arranged on a prefabricated bearing steel reinforcement framework in a pouring mode so as to form a main body structure of the building structure; the splicing assembly groove is formed in the end face of the prefabricated grouting concrete layer; a plurality of positioning insertion holes are uniformly formed in the splicing assembly groove at equal intervals so as to carry out positioning and assembling treatment; and the filling pipes are symmetrically arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the splicing assembling groove so as to conduct concrete crack pouring treatment. According to the prefabricated building structure and the assembling method, the assembled prefabricated building structure can be subjected to concrete re-grouting treatment through the arranged filling pipes, so that a gap formed between the splicing assembling groove and a splicing strip and a gap formed between a positioning steel bar and a positioning inserting hole can be filled with concrete. Therefore, the bonding tightness of an assembling joint can be improved, and the safety of assembly and use of the prefabricated building structure is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种预制建筑结构及装配方法,包括:预制灌浆混凝土层,其通过浇筑的方式设在预制承载钢筋骨架上,以此形成建筑结构的主体结构;拼接装配槽,其开设在所述预制灌浆混凝土层的端面;所述拼接装配槽内等距均匀开设有若干个定位插接孔;以此进行定位装配处理;灌装管,其呈对称设在拼接装配槽的两侧内壁,以此进行混凝土灌缝处理。本发明通过设置的灌装管能够对装配后的预制建筑结构进行混凝土再次灌浆处理,以此能使拼接装配槽与拼接条之间形成的间隙,定位钢筋和定位插接孔之间形成的间隙得到混凝土的填充处理,这样能提高装配连接处的粘合紧固性,大大提高了预制建筑结构装配使用的安全性。
