Shock insulation system for entrance and exit of elevator room and construction method
The shock insulation system comprises an upper shock insulation structure, a lower foundation structure and a shock insulation layer, the shock insulation layer is arranged at the junction of the upper shock insulation structure and the lower foundation structure, and a horizontal shock insulation seam is formed in the shock insulation layer. An elevator shaft penetrating through the horizontal seismic isolation gap is hung at the bottom of the upper seismic isolation structure, and an elevator seismic isolation displacement space is arranged between the elevator shaft and the lower foundation structure; a horizontal translation sliding device is arranged at the bottom of the elevator room entrance and exit communicated with the lower hanging elevator shaft, and vertical blocking components are arranged on the left side and the right side of the elevator room entrance and exit communicated with the lower hanging elevator shaft. The horizontal translation sliding device and the vertical blocking component can achieve translation of the elevator shaft away from or deviating from the entrance and exit of the elevator room within a certain range in the elevator shock insulation displacement space. The deformation space of the structure is not influenced by the device during an earthquake, and the maintenance is simpler and more convenient.
本发明公开了一种针对电梯间出入口的隔震体系及施工方法,包括上部隔震结构、下部基础结构及隔震层,隔震层设在上部隔震结构与下部基础结构交界处,在隔震层中设有水平隔震缝,在上部隔震结构的底部挂设有穿越水平隔震缝的电梯井道,且电梯井道与下部基础结构间设电梯隔震位移空间;与下挂电梯井道相连通的电梯间出入口的底部设置有水平平移滑动装置,与下挂电梯井道相连通的电梯间出入口的左右两侧设置有竖向封堵构件,水平平移滑动装置和竖向封堵构件均能实现电梯井道在电梯隔震位移空间内进行一定范围内的远离或偏移电梯间出入口的平移;确保了地震时此装置不影响结构的变形空间,维护保养更加简单方便。
