The correction method comprises the steps that the upper column is stacked on the lower column; the correction fixture is enclosed on the outer walls of the upper column and the lower column; the L-shaped top plate and the jack are connected; the upper column is shifted through the jack, and the perpendicularity of the upper column is adjusted; and a steel wedge is hit between the upper lug plate and the lower lug plate. The construction efficiency and precision of installation and correction of the steel structure are improved.
