The invention discloses phosphogypsum solid waste self-leveling mortar, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 35 parts of ardealite, 8 to 12 parts of sulphoaluminosilicate cement, 4 to 5 parts of slag, 5 to 8 parts of fly ash, 10 to 20 parts of modified wollastonite, 5 to 10 parts of modified lignin, 0.6 to 1.2 parts of water reducing agents, 0.08 to 0.12 part of water retaining agents, 0.5 to 0.8 part of early strength agents, 0.3 to 0.5 part of antifoaming agents and 20 to 30 parts of water. The phosphogypsum solid waste self-leveling mortar provided by the invention not only can realize vibration-free self-leveling, but also has the remarkable advantages of very high ground surface flatness after construction, fast strength development, good volume stability, good surface wear resistance and the like; and the sulphoaluminate cement is introduced into the phosphogypsum solid waste self-leveling mortar.
