Frog capable of being replaced online and replacing method thereof
The invention relates to a frog capable of being replaced online and a replacing method thereof. The frog comprises a frog wing rail, a wing rail insert, insert spacer iron, a point rail, a frog heel rail and frog heel rail spacer iron, the wing rail insert is connected to the inner side of the middle of the frog wing rail, the insert spacer iron is inlaid in the middle of the inner wall of the wing rail insert, the point rail is embedded in the side, away from the wing rail insert, of the insert spacer iron, the fork heel rail is embedded in the outer wall of the tail end of the point rail, and a fork heel rail high-strength bolt penetrates through the middle of the joint of the fork heel rail and the point rail. On the basis of an inlaid wing rail type alloy steel combined frog structure (TB/T3467-2016), the frog is composed of the insert, the wing rail, the frog heel rail, the point rail and the like, all the parts are combined together through a mutually matched structure (the matching face is obtained through numerical control machining), and the insert and the point rail are quick-wear parts. Through the arrangement of the structure, the inserts and the point rail can be replaced under the condition that the frog and the line connecting joint are not disassembled or replaced.
本发明涉及一种可在线更换辙叉及其更换方法,包括辙叉翼轨、翼轨镶块、镶块间隔铁、心轨、叉跟轨和叉跟轨间隔铁,所述辙叉翼轨的中部内侧连接有翼轨镶块,所述翼轨镶块的内壁中部镶嵌有镶块间隔铁,所述镶块间隔铁远离翼轨镶块的一侧镶嵌有心轨,所述心轨的末端外壁镶嵌有叉跟轨,且叉跟轨与心轨的连接处中部贯穿有叉跟轨高强度螺栓。本发明基于镶嵌翼轨式合金钢组合辙叉结构(TB/T3467‑2016),辙叉由镶块、翼轨、叉跟轨、心轨等部件组成,各零部件间通过相互配合关系的结构(配合面通过数控加工获得)组合在一起,其中镶块和心轨为易损件。通过该结构的设置,可实现在不拆解或更换辙叉与线路连接接头的情况进行镶块、心轨的更换。
