The scraper device comprises a base plate, a mounting plate, an elastic assembly and a limiting assembly, wherein a scraper is arranged on the mounting plate, and the mounting plate and the base plate are arranged at an interval; the elastic assembly is arranged between the base plate and the mounting plate, so that the mounting plate and the base plate can move relatively; the limiting assembly is arranged between the base plate and the mounting plate and used for limiting the moving amplitude between the mounting plate and the base plate. The base plate is used for being fixed to other components, the mounting plate is used for mounting the scraper, the elastic assembly enables the mounting plate to move relative to the base plate, floating type design is formed, and the elastic assembly has the automatic telescopic extrusion function; the limiting assembly can limit the moving amplitude of the mounting plate relative to the base plate, that is, the floating amplitude is limited; the mounting plate floats relative to the base plate so as to carry out self-adaptive adjustment according to different wall surface conditions, uniform coating is ensured, meanwhile, the floating amplitude is limited, and the situation that the coating effect is influenced by excessive floating is avoided.
