A fastener comprises an inner pipe and a reinforcing assembly, the inner pipe comprises a pipe body, a partition plate, an abutting plate, elastic pipes and liquid cavities, the two elastic pipes are fixedly connected to the two sides of the partition plate, the fixed side of the abutting plate is slidably connected with the elastic pipes, the multiple liquid cavities are annularly formed inside the side wall of the pipe body, and the bottoms of the elastic pipes communicate with the multiple liquid cavities on the same side through liquid pipes; the reinforcing assembly comprises pistons, limiting rings, sliding rods and abutting blocks, mounting openings are formed in the bottoms of the sides, close to an end opening of the pipe body, of the liquid cavities, the limiting rings are connected to the interiors of the mounting openings, the pistons are installed inside the mounting openings in a sealed and sliding mode, the sliding rods are connected to the bottoms of the pistons, and the abutting blocks are connected to the ends, away from the pistons, of the sliding rods. According to the scaffold connecting and fixing part for building, the connection between the fastener and a scaffold is enhanced, the scaffold is prevented from loosening in the using process, the construction efficiency is guaranteed, and meanwhile the life safety of constructors is protected.
