The invention relates to a preparation method of a modified brucite fiber exterior wall repairing material, which comprises the following steps: adding toluene diisocynate, glycerol and dibenzoyl peroxide into a three-neck flask, heating to 90-100 DEG C, fully mixing under high-speed stirring, then adding tetrahydrofuran and dibutyltin dilaurate, heating to 110-120 DEG C under the protection of N2, and continuously stirring; and adding a pH regulator, cooling to 60-70 DEG C, dropwise adding ethylenediamine and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid while stirring, standing for 20-30 minutes after dropwise adding, carrying out reduced pressure suction filtration on a reaction solution after reaction, heating a filtrate to 120-130 DEG C at a heating speed of 10-15 DEG C/min, carrying out heat preservation for 2-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a surface modifier. Free radicals on the surface of the modified brucite fiber form an active site with rich hydroxyl groups, so that the interface hydrophilicity and wettability of the brucite fiber are improved, the dispersity of the modified brucite fiber in a concrete matrix is remarkably improved, a fiber reinforced network is formed, and agglomeration and sedimentation phenomena are avoided within a relatively long time.
