The pile clamping device comprises a frame ring and a plurality of clamping units distributed and fixedly arranged on the frame ring, wherein each clamping unit comprises a clamping cylinder body, a clamping piston and a flexible capsule body, the clamping pistons are movably connected with one ends of the interiors of the clamping cylinder bodies, bottom covers are arranged at the other ends of the clamping cylinder bodies, the flexible capsule bodies are arranged between the clamping pistons and the bottom covers, first medium injection ports are formed in the flexible capsule bodies, and the first medium injection ports extend to the outer sides of the clamping cylinder bodies. According to the pile clamping device, a capsule type structure is arranged in the pile clamping device, so that the grouting stability of a vertical pile is improved, and meanwhile, the pollution to the ocean is reduced.
