The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out structural inspection and maintenance in a whole roof area, cleaning various kinds of garbage, cleaning up a base plane, and reinforcing loose nail lock seams; carrying out local plate laying reinforcement on the missing or seriously damaged area again; S2, using a sand mill for carrying out mechanical polishing and rust removal on the rusted area on a roof panel till exposing the natural color of metal; S3, after cleaning the base plane, spraying epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion paint in time for anti-corrosion treatment; S4, carrying out systematic waterproof reinforcement on all detail nodes (such as lap joints and nails), prone to water leakage, on the roof; and S5, spraying the whole roof with Meisai all-purpose protective paint twice, waterproof and anti-corrosion effects can be achieved, energy can be saved, cooling can be achieved, and the roof panel can be protected for a long time. The method is easy and convenient to construct, flexible to operate, high in safety coefficient and free of danger.
