Method for renovating light steel roof
The invention discloses a method for renovating a light steel roof, which comprises the following steps of: (1) laying a covering layer: filling heat-insulating strips in troughs of a metal roof board, and then laying a vapour-proof film, a heat-insulating board and a waterproof layer consisting of waterproof coiled materials; (2) installing an integrated support: fixedly connecting a support body of the integrated support with the wave crest of the metal roof board, enabling a waterproof piece of the integrated support to cover a combination portion of the support body and the waterproof layer, and fixedly connecting the waterproof piece with the waterproof layer; (3) installing a photovoltaic support; and (4) installing a photovoltaic panel. According to the invention, when the light steel roof is renovated, the heat-insulating strips, the vapour-proof film, the heat-insulating board, a fireproof board and the waterproof coiled materials are laid on the metal roof board, so that the service life of the metal roof board is prolonged; therefore, the service life of the metal roof board is equivalent to that of the photovoltaic panel; the metal roof board is prevented from being replaced in advance; the integrated support, the photovoltaic support and the photovoltaic panel are further installed on the metal roof board; and reliable application of photovoltaic power generation on the light steel roof is achieved.
本发明公开了一种轻钢屋面的翻新方法,包括如下步骤:1)铺设覆层:在金属屋面板波谷中填充保温条,再铺设隔汽膜、保温板以及由防水卷材组成的防水层;2)安装一体化支座:使一体化支座的支座主体与金属屋面板的波峰固接,使一体化支座自带的防水片覆盖支座主体与防水层的结合部,且使防水片与防水层固接;3)安装光伏支架;4)安装光伏板。本发明翻新轻钢屋面时,通过在金属屋面板上铺设保温条、隔汽膜、保温板、防火板和防水卷材,延长金属屋面板的使用寿命,使金属屋面板的使用寿命与光伏板的使用寿命相当,避免提前更换金属屋面板;还在金属屋面板上安装一体化支座、光伏支架和光伏板,实现光伏发电在轻钢屋面上的可靠应用。
