Composite retarder as well as preparation method and application thereof in magnesium ammonium phosphate cement
The invention discloses a composite retarder and a preparation method and application thereof in magnesium ammonium phosphate cement. The composite retarder is composed of a component A, a component B and a component C, the component A comprises 2.5-10 parts by weight of acetic acid and/or ammonium acetate, and the component B comprises 1-12 parts by weight of nitrite, 25-50 parts by weight of borax and 25-40 parts by weight of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate; and the component C is a binary oxide, and the binary oxide accounts for 6-15 parts. When the environment temperature is 30-35 DEG C, the composite retarder can effectively delay the setting time of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement and reduce early hydration heat release, and the high-performance magnesium ammonium phosphate cement can be obtained by adding the composite retarder. The composite retarder provided by the invention can improve the fracture resistance and compressive strength of magnesium ammonium phosphate cement paste in 3h, 1d and 28d by 50%-100%. The composite retarder disclosed by the invention does not contain chloride ions, and the application range of a magnesium ammonium phosphate cement-based material can be expanded.
本发明公开了一种复合缓凝剂及其制备方法和其在磷酸铵镁水泥中的应用,由A组分、B组分和C组分三组份组成,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:所述A组分为乙酸和/或乙酸铵2.5‑10份,所述B组分:亚硝酸盐1‑12份,硼砂25‑50份,十二水合磷酸氢二钠25‑40份;所述C组分为二性氧化物,二性氧化物6‑15份。所述复合缓凝剂在环境温度为30℃‑35℃时,能有效延缓磷酸铵镁水泥的凝结时间和减少早期水化放热量,添加所述复合缓凝剂,即可获得一种高性能磷酸铵镁水泥。本发明所述复合缓凝剂可使磷酸铵镁水泥浆体的3h、1d和28d抗折、抗压强度提高50%‑100%。本发明所述复合缓凝剂中不含氯离子,可扩大磷酸铵镁水泥基材料的使用范围。
