The invention discloses a retarder for improving the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement as well as a preparation method and application of the retarder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) in a protective atmosphere, adding a reducing agent into a glucose solution for hydroxylation treatment, and obtaining a hydroxylated glucose solution after the reaction is completed; and (2) adjusting the pH value of the hydroxylated glucose solution to be alkaline, and then adding a mixed solution of NHS and EDC to obtain an activated glucose solution. And (3) adding butenedioic acid and a catalyst into the activated glucose solution to carry out esterification reaction, and then carrying out purification treatment to obtain a butenedioic acid esterified glucose derivative solution. And (4) adjusting the pH value of the butenedioic acid esterified glucose derivative solution to be acidic, then adding an acrylic monomer and an initiator, and carrying out polymerization reaction under a heating condition to obtain the retarder after the polymerization reaction is completed. The retarder provided by the invention not only prolongs the setting time of magnesium phosphate cement, but also avoids the problem of strength reduction.
本发明公开一种改善磷酸镁水泥凝结时间的缓凝剂及其制备方法与应用。该方法包括:(1)在保护气氛中,向葡萄糖溶液中加入还原剂进行羟基化处理,反应完成后得到羟基化葡萄糖溶液。(2)将所述羟基化葡萄糖溶液的pH调节至碱性,然后加入NHS和EDC的混合溶液,完成后得到活化葡萄糖溶液。(3)在所述活化葡萄糖溶液中入丁烯二酸和催化剂进行酯化反应,完成后进行纯化处理,得到丁烯二酸酯化葡萄糖衍生物溶液。(4)将所述丁烯二酸酯化葡萄糖衍生物溶液的pH调节至酸性,然后加入丙烯酸单体、引发剂,并在加热条件下进行聚合反应,完成后得到所述缓凝剂。本发明的所述缓凝剂不仅延长了磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间,而且避免了强度下降的问题。
