Preparation method of special retarder for magnesium phosphate cement
The invention discloses a preparation method of a special retarder for magnesium phosphate cement, and belongs to the technical field of additives. The retarder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: (1) a retarding component: 10-30% of lactate, 10-30% of glycinate and 10-30% of folinate; (2) 20-40% of a porous carrier; (3) 20-30% of a dispersant; the sum of the components is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving; 2) adsorption; and 3) dispersing. According to the invention, by utilizing the characteristics of many pore channels and large specific surface area of a porous carrier, the retarder with a slow-release function is prepared by bearing delayed coagulation components through a physical adsorption effect, and the retarder is applied to magnesium phosphate cement, so that the setting time of the magnesium phosphate cement can be obviously prolonged, and the development of early and later strength is considered.
