The invention provides a non-autoclaved high-strength foam concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The foam concrete comprises, by mass, 60-80% of a cementing material, 15-25% of water, 0.01-0.1% of a foaming agent, 0.05-0.5% of reinforced fibers and 0.1-0.3% of a water reducing agent. The cementing material is composed of cement, steel slag and fly ash or superfine slag powder, the foaming agent is a composite concrete foaming agent, the reinforced fibers are polypropylene fibers or alkali-resistant glass fibers or basalt fibers or lignin fibers with the length of 3-12 mm, and the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid type high-efficiency water reducing agent. The mechanical strength and heat insulation effect of the prepared foam concrete are better than those of existing foam concrete with the same density; and the foam concrete prepared by the invention does not need autoclaved curing, and can reach relatively high strength after being naturally stacked for three days.
