The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring the cement, the inert micro powder and the silica fume, adding the fine aggregate, uniformly stirring, adding the water and the water reducing agent, uniformly stirring, molding, and curing. The inert micro-powder concrete is ultra-high-performance concrete, is good in fluidity and rheological property, has strength meeting national standard requirements, is excellent in comprehensive performance, meets actual scene application requirements, and is low in cost and easy to industrially popularize.
