The invention discloses a soil mould construction method for a cement stabilized macadam base layer, which comprises the following steps: firstly, measuring and releasing an edge line of the outer side of the base layer; secondly, a formwork is installed on the inner side of the side line; then, earthing up and watering outside the template; and finally, a small tamping machine is used for tamping to form a soil mold, and then the mold plate is removed. By adopting the method to manufacture the base layer template, the use of the base layer template is effectively reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and the method is more economical and efficient.
