The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to an underground sewage pipeline data acquisition device and method.The underground sewage pipeline data acquisition device comprises an ellipsoidal shell, and a power system, an intelligent control system, a communication system, a signal conversion and emission center system, a power system and an automatic alarm device are arranged in the ellipsoidal shell; the whole device is mainly distributed at the lower part of the ball body so as to play a stabilizing role; in the intelligent control system, GPS positioning systems are installed in front of and behind the surface where the diameter of an ellipsoidal shell is located, and an ultrasonic depth finder is installed at the center of sphere. The power system comprises an air compressor, a pneumatic motor and a propeller connected with the pneumatic motor, and the propeller protrudes out of the side wall of the spherical shell. The instrument is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate. Compared with other robots at home and abroad, the pipeline can still be detected and maintained in the environment of sludge accumulation and the high water level, meanwhile, the instrument is light, and the detection process is simple.
本发明属于污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种地下污水管道数据采集装置及方法,包括椭球形外壳,所述椭球形外壳内部设置包括电源系统、智能化控制系统、通信系统、信号转换与发射中枢系统、动力系统和自动报警装置;整体装置主要分布在球体的下部,以起到稳定的作用;其中智能化控制系统中GPS定位系统分别围绕椭球形外壳的直径所在面前后各安装一个,超声波测深仪安装在球心;动力系统包括空压机、气动马达和与气动马达连接的螺旋桨,螺旋桨凸出球形外壳的侧壁设置。本发明仪器结构简单,操作简便。相较于国内外其他机器人,本发明在淤泥堆积和水位较高环境下仍能对管道进行检测与维修,同时仪器轻便,检测过程简单。
