The invention relates to a wood-concrete composite floor and a shear connector for the same. The shearconnector for the wood-concrete composite floor comprises a steel plate, studs and self-tapping screws; and one side of the steel plate is vertically fixed to the multiple studs, and the other side of the steel plate is vertically fixed to the multiple self-tapping screws. According to the wood-concrete composite floor using the shear connector, the self-tapping screws are connected with wood members, and the studs are embedded in cast-in-place concrete. According to the shear connector for the wood-concrete composite floor, the multiple studs are connected into a whole through the steel plate, the self-tapping screws are connected with the wood members, the studs are embedded in the cast-in-place concrete, the studs and the steel plate are connected in a welded mode, the shearing resistance of the studs and the convenience of connection between the self-tapping screws and the wood members are fully utilized, and the mechanical property is relatively good; and compared with an existing self-tapping screw connector, the shear connector is relatively high in strength and rigidity, convenient to construct and good in consistency.
