The invention discloses a shearing force connecting piece for a wood-concrete composite floor slab, and particularly relates to the field of shearing force connecting pieces, the shearing force connecting piece comprises a floor slab mechanism, and a first limiting mechanism is fixedly installed in the floor slab mechanism; the floor slab mechanism comprises a supporting beam, two wood plates are fixedly mounted at the top of the supporting beam, a concrete plate is fixedly mounted between the two wood plates, the first limiting mechanism comprises first supporting rods vertically arranged in the wood plates and the concrete plate, and first threaded sleeves are fixedly mounted at the ends, extending out of the tops of the wood plates, of the first supporting rods. The end, extending out of the bottom of the other wood plate, of the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with a plurality of first bearing frames. By arranging the first limiting mechanism and the third limiting mechanism, the upper portion and the lower portion of the floor slab are evenly stressed, then the overall impact resistance strength of the first limiting mechanism and the third limiting mechanism is enhanced, and therefore stable connection between a wood plate and a concrete plate is kept, and dislocation and displacement are avoided.
