The method comprises the following steps of measuring the area of each separated space, and calculating the total building area; calculating the construction area according to the total building area, and calculating the heating coating area and the total power of transformers according to the construction area; planning the number of used transformers and the power of a single transformer by combining the area of each separated space; arranging a copper foil on the wall; coating the heating coating; and connecting the copper foil with the transformers.
