The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a concrete water reducer, which is prepared by compounding the following raw materials and water: 160 kg of a water reducing master batch, 40 kg of a slump retaining master batch, 30 kg of sodium gluconate, 5 kg of cellulose, 5 kg of a defoaming agent and 5 kg of an air entraining agent, wherein the total of the raw materials and water is 1000 kg, and the water reducing master batch is a polycarboxylic acid water reducer mother liquor containing HPEG, TPEG and S-PEGs. In the water reducing master batch, the slump retaining property and adaptability of the water reducing agent are ensured by using the TPEG, and part of the HPEG and the S-PEGs are adopted, so that the production cost is further reduced.
