The invention relates to a grouting material prepared from steel slag as well as a preparation method and application of the grouting material. The grouting material comprises the following componentsin parts by mass: 40-60 parts of steel slag powder, 40-60 parts of steel slag fine aggregate, 0.1-1 part of a water reducing agent, 0.2-5 part of an excitant, 0.1-10 part of a defoaming agent and 12-20 parts of water. The grouting material can be prepared by weighing the raw materials in parts by mass and uniformly mixing. Compared with grouting materials taking cement and sandstone aggregate asmain raw materials in the prior art, the grouting material disclosed by the invention takes the steel slag powder as a hydraulic cementing material to replace the cement and takes the steel slag fineaggregate to replace the sandstone aggregate, so that resource utilization of the steel slag can be realized, the environment is protected, and the grouting material has the advantages of good fluidity, self-expansion, no shrinkage, good corrosion resistance and the like and can be applicable to high-corrosion marine environments.
本发明涉及一种利用钢渣制备的灌浆材料及其制备方法和用途,以质量份计,所述灌浆材料包括:钢渣粉40‑60份,钢渣细集料40‑60份,减水剂0.1‑1份,激发剂0.2‑5份,消泡剂0.1‑10份,水12‑20份,按照质量份配比称取原料并混合均匀即可制得所述灌浆材料。相比于现有技术中以水泥和砂石骨料作为主要原材料的灌浆材料,本发明所述灌浆材料将钢渣粉作为水硬性胶凝材料代替水泥,将钢渣细集料代替砂石骨料,不仅可以实现钢渣的资源化利用,保护环境,还具有流动性好、自膨胀无收缩、耐腐蚀性好等优点,从而可以适用于高腐蚀性的海洋环境。
