The invention discloses a production process of a nano microcrystalline film photocatalytic ceramic. The production process comprises the following steps of: cleaning ceramic tiles; preparing a TiO2 dopant coating liquid; respectively putting the cleaned ceramic tiles into a reaction tank A and a reaction tank B; vertically putting the ceramic tiles into the reaction tank A and the reaction tank B; pouring the coating liquid into the reaction tank A, enabling the ceramic tiles to be completely immersed in the coating liquid; enabling the coating liquid in the reaction tank A to flow into the reaction tank B through a water pump at the speed of 5-10cm/min; enabling the ceramic tiles in the reaction tank B to be safely immersed by the coating liquid; taking out the ceramic tiles in the reaction tank A; and pumping the coating liquid in the reaction tank B back into the reaction tank A through the water pump at the descending speed of 5-10cm/min. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of capability of producing a large amount of the high-quality nano microcrystalline film photocatalytic ceramic, high production efficiency, short production time and convenient operation, and can assist in effectively saving the cost and resources.
