Foundation pit dewatering and drainage method for reducing influence on surrounding buildings
The invention discloses a foundation pit dewatering and drainage method for reducing influence on surrounding buildings. The method includes the steps that waterproof cloth is fully paved at the bottom of a foundation pit according to the size of a base to form a waterproof layer; a steel pipe is taken, water inlet holes are formed in the peripheral walls of the bottom and the upper portion of the steel pipe, a first water inlet area and a second water inlet area are formed, and a floral tube is obtained; the floral tube is inserted into the foundation pit, a water conveying hose is conveyed to the bottom of the floral tube, the other end of the water conveying hose is led out of the floral tube, and a pressing disc is installed on the floral tube; a filter material is backfilled, an inverted filter layer is laid according to design requirements, the other end of the water conveying hose is communicated with a drainage main pipe, a water pump is opened to start drainage, and the drainage main pipe in the foundation pit is dismantled and the water pump is removed after building construction in the foundation pit is completed; and the steps are repeated until all construction is completed. According to the foundation pit dewatering and drainage method for reducing the influence on the surrounding buildings, the influence range of foundation pit dewatering is only limited in the foundation pit, so that the parabolic effect of dewatering is greatly reduced, and finally, damage to underground water resources is greatly reduced while safety of the surrounding buildings is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种减小对周边建筑物影响的基坑降排水方法,包括如下步骤:根据基底尺寸在基坑底部满铺隔水布,以形成隔水层;取钢管,分别在钢管底部及上部周壁上开设进水孔,形成第一进水区及第二进水区,得花管;将花管插入基坑中,将输水软管送入花管底部,输水软管另一端自花管中引出,将压盘安装于花管上;回填滤料,再按设计要求铺设反滤层,将输水软管另一端与排水主管连通,打开抽水泵开始排水,待基坑内构筑物施工完毕拆除基坑内排水主管并移除抽水泵;重复如上步骤至所有施工完成。本发明中将基坑降水的影响范围仅仅限定在基坑内部,从而大大减少了降水的抛物线效应,最终得以保证周边建筑物安全的同时大大减少了对地下水资源的破坏。
