Dewatering construction method of foundation pit drainage well
The invention provides a foundation pit drainage well dewatering construction method which comprises the following steps: constructing a plurality of drainage wells on the inner side of a to-be-constructed foundation pit; a foundation pit is excavated; a waterproof steel sleeve, an outer water stop ring and an inner water stop ring are machined, the outer water stop ring is welded to the periphery of the waterproof steel sleeve, and the inner water stop ring is welded to the inner periphery of the waterproof steel sleeve; s4, the drainage well wall is kicked to the position below the elevation of a cushion layer, then a waterproof steel sleeve provided with an inner water stop ring and an outer water stop ring is placed on the well wall, factice is used for filling seams, and mortar is used for fixing; and then, the steel sleeve is pre-buried in the concrete cushion layer, and a dewatering pump penetrates through the waterproof steel sleeve for dewatering. The method has the advantages that (1) a plurality of unwatering wells are uniformly arranged in the foundation pit, so that rapid dewatering in the foundation pit is realized, and the water pumping period is shortened; and (2) the waterproof steel sleeve provided with the inner water stop ring and the outer water stop ring is placed on the well wall, factice is used for filling seams, and mortar is used for fixing, so that the structural bottom plate is effectively protected from being influenced by water, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明提供了一种基坑疏干井降水施工方法,包括如下步骤:在待施工基坑的内侧,施工多个疏干井;开挖基坑;加工防水钢套管、外止水环和内止水环,并将外止水环焊接于所述防水钢套管的外周,将内止水环焊接于防水钢套管内周;S4、将疏干井壁踢凿至垫层标高以下,再将安装有内、外止水环的防水钢套管放置在井壁上,用油膏塞缝,并用砂浆固定;随后,将钢套管预埋于砼垫层中,将降水泵穿过防水刚套管进行降水。本发明的优点在于:(1)在基坑内均匀布置多个疏干井,实现基坑内迅速降水,缩短抽水周期;(2)将安装有内、外止水环的防水钢套管放置在井壁上,用油膏塞缝,并用砂浆固定,有效保护结构底板,使其不受水的影响,提高施工质量。
