Sand foundation dewatering and drainage method
The invention discloses a sand foundation dewatering and drainage method. The method comprises the steps that after a cushion layer is poured at the bottom of a pit-in-pit, a pit hole is formed through downward excavation; a bottom inverted filter layer is arranged at the bottom of the pit hole and then a peripheral inverted filter layer material distribution tool is arranged in the pit hole; a drainage pipe extending out of the pit is vertically arranged in the tool inner pipe, a drainage hole which is horizontally arranged and communicates the interior and the exterior of the drainage pipe is formed in the lower portion of the drainage pipe and located in the pit, and a water stop ring is welded to the upper portion of the drainage pipe; a peripheral inverted filter layer material is uniformly fed; geotechnical cloth is laid on the peripheral inverted filter layer around the drainage pipe along the periphery of the drainage pipe, and a slope making layer and a waterproof roll layer are sequentially laid on the cushion layer and the geotechnical cloth so that a rainwater collecting pit can be reserved in the waterproof roll layer; and a water suction pump is connected to the bottom of the drainage pipe and the rainwater collection pit through guide pipes to pump and drain accumulated water in the pit hole and the rainwater collection pit. According to the method, surface water and rainwater in the foundation pit construction process are comprehensively considered, the construction technology is simple, and the drainage effect is good.
本发明公开了一种沙土地基降排水方法,步骤:在坑中坑的池底浇筑垫层后向下开挖形成坑洞;在坑洞底部布置底部反滤层后在坑洞内布置周侧反滤层布料工装;在工装内管内竖直布置一根伸出坑洞的排水管,排水管的下部开有水平布置且沟通排水管内外的排水孔且排水孔位于坑洞中,排水管的上部焊有止水环;均匀投放周侧反滤层料;沿着排水管周围在其周围的周侧反滤层之上敷设土工布,在垫层及土工布上依次铺设找坡层及防水卷材层以在防水卷材层上留设雨水收集坑;设置抽水泵通过导管分别接入排水管底部及雨水收集坑对坑洞内和雨水收集坑内的积水进行抽排。本发明的方法,全面考虑基坑施工过程中地表水及雨水,施工工艺简单且排水效果好。
