The coating mechanisms adopted by the invention can directly and uniformly coat a steel plate with a glue solution, and meanwhile, the thickness of the glue solution on manufactured sticky steel is effectively controlled, so that the phenomenon that the reinforcement construction efficiency is reduced due to the fact that the thickness is difficult to control and glue solution coating is relatively slow when the steel plate is coated with the glue solution manually to manufacture the sticky steel is avoided; and meanwhile, the stirring mechanisms are adopted, so that the glue solution can be effectively and uniformly stirred when needed, and the phenomena that time and labor are wasted due to manual stirring and the adhesion effect after coating is not good as the uniform effect of the glue solution is not good are avoided.
