The invention discloses an intelligent lock with a lock rope capable of being tightened. The intelligent lock comprises a lock body and the lock rope, the lock body comprises a shell, one end of the lock rope is fixedly connected with the shell, the other end of the lock rope penetrates into the shell through a lock hole formed in the shell, and a locking assembly and an unlocking mechanism are arranged in the shell; the locking assembly comprises a fixed block, at least one bracket movably arranged on the fixed block, a clamping part movably arranged on the fixed block and located above a bracket, and a first spring arranged between the fixed block and the bracket; a movable guide groove for the bracket, the clamping part and the first spring to move and a first through hole are formed in the fixed block; and the unlocking mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a control pin connected to the driving assembly. The invention further discloses a locking and unlocking method of the intelligent lock with the rope lock capable of being tightened. The lock rope of the intelligent lock can be tightened, operation is easy, and use is safe.
