The invention relates to a concrete pavement pre-cracking construction method. The method comprises the following steps: leveling and compacting a roadbed; binding the reinforcing steel bars embedded in the concrete, pouring the concrete, and vibrating and compacting the concrete; performing joint cutting on the vibrated and compacted concrete by adopting a concrete wet joint cutting device, and smearing a parting agent on a joint cutting surface: vibrating and closing a cut joint, and changing the cut joint into a closed cut joint from an open cut joint; curing the concrete; and paving a pavement surface layer. The construction method has the beneficial effects that before the concrete is hardened, an isolation layer is arranged on the section of the concrete road, the tensile weak surface of the concrete road surface is artificially manufactured, cracks appear at the arranged tensile weak surface during cooling, and the purpose of fixed-point cracking is achieved.
本发明为一种混凝土路面预裂缝施工方法，包括以下步骤：平整并轧实路基；绑扎完成埋设于混凝土中的钢筋，进行混凝土的浇筑并振捣密实；采用混凝土湿切缝装置在振捣密实的混凝土上进行切缝，并在切缝面涂抹隔离剂：将切缝振捣闭合,切缝由开口切缝变为闭合切缝；混凝土养护；铺设路面面层。本发明的有益效果为：本发明所述施工方法在混凝土硬化之前，通过在混凝土道路断面上设置隔离层，人为制造一个混凝土路面抗拉薄弱面，降温时裂缝出现在设置的抗拉薄弱面处，达到定点开裂的目的。
