Embedded casing milling joint method for underground diaphragm wall
The invention provides an embedded casing milling joint method for an underground diaphragm wall. The method comprises first-stage groove wall bodies which are formed by pouring; hollow intervals between the adjacent first-stage groove wall bodies are second-stage grooves which are formed by grooving; reinforcement cages for concrete pouring are arranged in the first-stage groove wall bodies; sealing ribs on two sides of the reinforcement cages are plain end ribs; a plurality of PVC pipes are arranged on the plain end ribs on the two sides of the reinforcement cages; the PVC pipes are longitudinally arranged in a full-length mode; the PVC pipes are milled to be broken when the second-stage grooves are formed and concrete is milled by a groove milling machine, grooves are formed in the positions of the PVC pipes; and the concrete poured in the second-stage grooves is tightly meshed with the positions of the grooves. Construction is easy, the construction cost is saved, the meshing strength of the concrete at a joint is improved, the joint quality and the construction safety are ensured, the seepage-proofing effect is good, the practical performance is excellent, construction of the underground diaphragm wall is facilitated, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明提出地下连续墙嵌入式套铣接头方法,包括已浇筑成型的一期槽墙体,相邻的一期槽墙体之间的中空区间为已成槽的二期槽,一期槽墙体内部设置有供混凝土浇筑的钢筋笼,钢筋笼两侧的封口筋为平口筋,钢筋笼两侧的平口筋上均设置有多道PVC管,PVC管纵向通长布置,二期槽在成槽时铣槽机铣削混凝土时将PVC管铣碎,PVC管位置形成凹槽,二期槽浇筑的混凝土和凹槽部位实现紧密咬合。施工简单,节约施工成本,提升接缝处混凝土的咬合力度,确保接头质量和施工安全,而且防渗效果好,实用性能优,利于地下连续墙的施工,有广阔的应用前景。
