Fabricated steel-concrete composite shear wall and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated steel-concrete composite shear wall and a construction method thereof. The fabricated steel-concrete composite shear wall comprises a plurality of prefabricated slabs of the same specification; a plurality of steel bars which are vertically staggered in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction and extend out of the prefabricated slabs are pre-buried in the prefabricated slabs; the end parts of the steel bars extending transversely are subjected to threading treatment and matched with nuts to form split bolts; the upper ends of the longitudinally-extending steel bars are bent to form hooks, and the lower ends of the longitudinally-extending steel bars are bent by 90 degrees in the same direction to be horizontal and are welded with a horizontal steel bar to form hooking sections which are in matched hooking connection with the hooks of the prefabricated slabs on the lower layer; every two prefabricated slabs form a group; the hooks and the hooking sections are located on the opposite faces of the two parallel prefabricated slabs; curled angle steel with the same height as the prefabricated plates is erected between the end parts of the two prefabricated slabs and is fastened through penetrating of connecting ribs; and a concrete core wall is poured between the two prefabricated slabs. According to the composite shear wall, the weak structure position is reinforced and positioned through the angle steel, the construction procedure is simplified, the assembly rate is increased, and the structural strength, the rigidity and the anti-seismic performance are guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种装配式钢‑混凝土组合剪力墙及其施工方法,包括若干块规格相同的预制板,所述预置板内预埋有若干横纵向垂直交错并延伸出预制板的钢筋,所述横向延伸的钢筋端部均经套丝处理并配合螺母形成对拉螺栓,纵向延伸的钢筋上端均弯折形成弯钩,下端同向弯折90°至水平并焊接一条水平钢筋形成与下层的预制板弯钩配合挂接的挂接段,所述预制板均两两一组,弯钩与挂接段均位于两平行的预制板相对面上,两预置板端部之间均架设有与预制板等高的卷边角钢,并经连接筋穿过固紧,两预制板之间浇筑有混凝土芯墙,该组合剪力墙在结构薄弱处采用角钢加固和定位,简化了施工工序、提高了装配速率、保证了结构强度、刚度和抗震性能。
