Formwork-free fabricated steel truss-recycled concrete composite shear wall and construction method thereof
According to the formwork-free fabricated steel truss-recycled concrete composite shear wall and the construction method thereof, the shear wall is composed of the steel truss and the steel bar recycled concrete shear wall body, traditional vertical joint bars are improved to be octagonal steel pipe columns, construction of a post-cast strip is omitted, the strength and rigidity of the joints of the wall body are enhanced, and the construction efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the octagon is more convenient for the construction of inserting the U-shaped steel bar and the truss connecting node. The steel trusses can greatly improve the anti-seismic capacity and the energy dissipation capacity of the combined shear wall. A meshing joint opening is formed in the joint position of the prefabricated concrete slab, and a sealing water stop strip and an anti-corrosion belt are arranged at the joint position so that a formwork-free construction mode can be achieved. Ordinary concrete or recycled concrete with the recycled aggregate replacement rate lower than 30% is used in the precast concrete slab, and recycled concrete is used in the cast-in-place concrete core. A large amount of recycled concrete can be applied while the use requirement is met, and application and development of the fabricated recycled concrete shear wall structure are promoted.
本发明提出一种免模板的装配式钢桁架‑再生混凝土组合剪力墙及其施工方法,该剪力墙由钢桁架和钢筋再生混凝土剪力墙两部分组成,将传统的竖向插筋改进为插八边形钢管柱,省去后浇带的施工,加强墙体连接处的强度和刚度,同时八边形更方便于插入U形钢筋和桁架连接节点的施工;钢桁架可大幅提高组合剪力墙的抗震能力和耗能能力;在预制混凝土板接缝处设置咬合接缝口,并在接缝处设置密封止水条和防腐带以实现免模板的施工方式;在预制混凝土板中使用普通混凝土或再生骨料取代率低于30%的再生混凝土,在现浇混凝土芯中使用再生混凝土。在满足使用要求的同时可大量应用再生混凝土,促进装配式再生混凝土剪力墙结构的应用和发展。
