The construction method can save the steps of marking in advance, erecting and disassembling a pouring formwork and subsequently installing a reinforcing mesh in existing pouring by a jump warehouse method through a mode of carrying out separate warehouse pouring by adopting fabricated pouring units, construction procedures of site construction can be saved to a large extent, pouring units can be manufactured in a factory in advance and transported to an installation site to be directly spliced, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced; and the fabricated or assembled unit type pouring units are adopted and can just adapt to the construction steps of the jump warehouse method, the influence of early-stage temperature shrinkage stress on the poured terrace can be eliminated, and a certain anti-cracking effect can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种防裂架空地坪施工方法及其结构,通过采用装配式浇筑单元进行分仓浇筑的方式,不仅能够节省现有的跳仓法浇筑中需要提前划线、支设浇筑模板并拆卸,并且省略后续安装钢筋网片的步骤,在较大程度上能够节省现场施工的施工工序,可提前在工厂中制作好浇筑单元,运输至安装场所直接进行拼装,并且大大减少施工难度;采用的装配式或组装单元式的浇筑单元,恰恰能够适应跳仓法的施工步骤,能够消除前期温度收缩应力对浇筑地坪的影响,能够起到一定的防裂效果。
