Dispersible aluminum oxide as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention particularly relates to dispersible aluminum oxide and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aluminum oxide micro-powder.The method comprises the steps that mixing alpha-Al2O3 micro-powder, a sintering aid and a dispersing agent, and obtaining a mixture; wherein the mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60%-80% of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 10%-30% of the sintering aid and 5%-15% of the dispersing agent; mixing the mixture with a solvent to obtain a slurry; n whereithe solvent accounts for 50%-70% of the mixture; and carrying out spray drying on the slurry to obtain the dispersive aluminum oxide micro powder. When the prepared dispersive aluminum oxide is applied to an aluminum oxide slurry system, the solid content of aluminum oxide slurry can reach 75%, and meanwhile, the sintering temperature of aluminum oxide ceramics is reduced by 50 DEG C or above.
