Method for preparing refractory material from phosphate tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing a refractory material from phosphate tailings. The method comprises the following steps: crushing the phosphate tailings until the particle sizes of the phosphate tailings are 10 microns or below, ball-milling the crushed phosphate tailings and silicon carbide with a high-energy ball mill, and conducting calcining to obtain a mixture 1; and ball-milling the mixture 1, silicon oxide and fly ash with the high-energy ball mill, and conducting calcining to obtain the refractory material. The magnesium-calcium refractory material with high volume density and good normal-temperature compressive strength is obtained in the invention; and the preparation method is simple in process and easy to operate; and since the phosphate tailings are mainly used as main raw materials, the problem of low utilization rate of the phosphate tailings is solved, and the harm of the phosphate tailings to the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用磷尾矿制备耐火材料的方法。包括以下步骤:将磷尾矿破碎至粒径小于10μm以下后与碳化硅在高能球磨机上球磨后煅烧得到混合物1;将混合物1、硅氧化物及粉煤灰在高能球磨机上球磨后煅烧得到耐火材料。本发明获得了体积密度高、常温抗压强度好的镁钙质耐火材料,具有制备工艺简单,易操作,主要以磷尾矿为主要原料,解决磷尾矿利用率低的问题,以及减少磷尾矿对环境带来的危害。
