The invention relates to a hanging box cofferdam structure which comprises multiple groups of steel casings which are arranged at the water bottom and used for forming bored piles. Each group of steel casings comprises two steel casings; each steel casing is provided with a groove bottom plate; the steel casings which are farthest away from each other are provided with shelving brackets which abut against the bottom surfaces of the groove bottom plates; the groove bottom plates of every two adjacent groups of steel casings are tightly and detachably connected; a middle bottom plate is tightly and detachably connected between the two groove bottom plates of the same group of steel casings; a casing hole is formed in each groove bottom plate in a penetrating mode; a casing inlet groove communicated with the corresponding casing hole is formed in each groove bottom plate in a penetrating mode; each casing inlet groove penetrates through the side face, facing the close middle bottom plate, of the corresponding groove bottom plate; the steel casings are slidably connected to the inner walls of the casing inlet grooves, so that the steel casings can abut against the inner walls of the casing holes through the casing inlet grooves; concrete pouring is conducted on gaps between the groove bottom plates and the steel casings and gaps between the middle bottom plates and the steel casings; cofferdam side plates are tightly and detachably connected to the rectangular peripheries of all the groove bottom plates and the rectangular peripheries of all the middle bottom plates; and the effect that the groove bottom plates and the middle bottom plates can be recycled is achieved.
