The leaking stoppage piece is firstly put down, and then the leaking stoppage piece is lifted until a gap between a steel casing corresponding to the leaking stoppage piece and a prefabricated cofferdam block corresponding to the leaking stoppage piece is plugged. The operation is simple and convenient, the construction difficulty is greatly reduced, and the labor intensity of constructors is reduced; according to the mode, a steel casing welding bracket in the related technology is replaced, and the risk of underwater operation is effectively avoided.
