Steel hanging box structure for cofferdam construction and construction method
The cofferdam construction steel hanging box structure comprises a pile foundation steel casing and a steel hanging box arranged on the pile foundation steel casing in a sleeving mode, the steel hanging box is composed of a bottom plate and a side wall extending upwards around the bottom, a round hole corresponding to the pile foundation steel casing is formed in the bottom plate, a steel sleeve is connected to the bottom plate in an inserted mode, and the side wall extends upwards around the bottom of the bottom plate. The steel sleeve is used for being arranged outside a pile foundation steel casing in a sleeving mode, and a plurality of upper brackets and lower brackets which are connected with the steel sleeve are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bottom plate correspondingly. The lower bracket and the upper bracket are arranged on the bottom plate and are both located at the position of the bottom plate profile steel, so that the stress strength of the steel sleeve is improved through the brackets, the effect of a pulling and pressing rod can be replaced, welding is conducted before the hanging box is lowered, operation is convenient, the hanging box installation time is not occupied, the pulling and pressing rod does not need to be arranged, and the cost is reduced. Stress system conversion is not needed, materials are saved, the technology is simple, the number of procedures is small, and the construction period can be shortened.
本发明提供一种围堰施工钢吊箱结构及施工方法,包括桩基钢护筒和套装在桩基钢护筒上的钢吊箱,钢吊箱由底板以及围绕底部向上延伸的侧壁组成,底板上设置有与桩基钢护筒相对应的圆孔,并插接有钢套筒,钢套筒用于套装在桩基钢护筒的外部,底板的上下两侧分别设置有多个与钢套筒相连接的上牛腿和下牛腿。通过在底板上设置下牛腿和上牛腿,且下牛腿和上牛腿均处于底板型钢的位置上,从而通过牛腿提高钢套筒的受力强度,能够取代拉压杆的作用,并在吊箱下放前焊接,操作方便,不占吊箱安装时间,不需要设置拉压杆,不需要进行受力体系转换,节约材料,工艺简单、工序少,可加快工期。
