The invention provides an installation and construction anchoring method for external wall insulation boards of a high-rise building. Installation and construction anchoring equipment for the external wall insulation boards of the high-rise building is used in the method. The equipment comprises a wall body, the insulation boards, a positioning installation device, an anchoring locking device and an anchor bolt device. The anchoring method and equipment can solve the following problems in the installation and construction anchoring process of the external wall insulation boards of the high-rise building: a, when the traditional external wall insulation boards are installed, the insulation boards can be anchored on the wall body only through cooperation of multiple persons, and meanwhile, due to manual operation, the adjacent insulation boards are not installed in parallel, so that a certain gap is reserved between the adjacent insulation boards, water easily enters the gap, anchor bolts are rusted, the risk that the insulation boards fall off exists, and the service life is short; and b, in an existing insulation board anchoring mode, the insulation boards need to be locked and fixed on the wall body through the anchor bolts by manually holding a tool with the hand, so that the labor intensity is high and the working efficiency is low.
本发明提供了一种高层建筑外墙保温板安装施工锚固方法,其使用了高层建筑外墙保温板安装施工锚固设备,该设备包括墙体、保温板、定位安装装置、锚固锁紧装置以及锚栓装置。本发明可以解决高层建筑外墙保温板安装施工锚固过程中所存在的以下难题:a.传统的外墙保温板安装时需要多人合作才能将保温板锚固在墙体上,同时由于人工进行,存在相邻保温板安装不平行,导致相邻保温板之间留有一定的缝隙,容易进水,导致锚栓生锈,存在保温板脱落风险,使用寿命低;b.现有的保温板锚固方式需要人工手持工具将保温板通过锚栓锁紧固定在墙体上,劳动强度大,工作效率低。
