Pipe jacking construction system
The invention relates to a pipe jacking construction system. The pipe jacking construction system comprises a pipe jacking machine installed in a working well, a jacking device installed at the front end of the pipe jacking machine and a tool pipe installed at the front end of the jacking device, and the tool pipe comprises a cylindrical pipe body and an arc-shaped plate coaxially fixed to the radial inner side of the pipe body. The arc-shaped plate is fixed to the top of the pipe body and forms a cavity with the inner side wall of the pipe body. A pushing mechanism, a connecting piece connected with the pushing mechanism and a top cover connected with the connecting piece are sequentially arranged in the cavity from back to front, the top cover is integrally in a circular arc shape, the top cover is coaxially arranged in the cavity, the top cover can stretch out of or retract into the cavity along with the pushing mechanism, and the outward side of the top cover is a cutting edge capable of cutting into a soil layer. A monitoring system used for monitoring construction is further included. The top cover can be cut into the soil layer before excavation to form a protective cover, so that the soil layer above the top cover is not prone to collapse after the soil layer below the top cover is excavated, the safety of constructors can be guaranteed, and settlement caused by collapse can be avoided.
