This design and construction assistance device comprises: a first acquisition unit that acquires first information including at least dimension data for a building material to be attached to a target surface; a second acquisition unit that acquires second information indicating the type of attachment structure when the building material is attached to the target surface; a working drawing generation unit that generates a working drawing for processing the building material, on the basis of the first information, the second information, and processing rules set for each type of attachment structure; and an output unit that outputs the working drawing generated by the working drawing generation unit.
