The invention relates to a method for carrying out pile foundation construction on a landform with a large karst cave. The method includes the steps that step one, upper vertical holes are dug in the ground to be communicated with the underground karst cave; step two, constraint fences are installed in the karst cave through the upper vertical holes, the vertical projection area of a space defined by the constraint fences is larger than the opening area of the upper vertical holes, and all downward projections of the upper vertical holes are located in the space defined by the constraint fences; step three, the space defined by the constraint fences is filled with a filling material to form a filling block; step four, lower vertical holes are dug to a set depth through the upper vertical holes, the lower vertical holes and the upper vertical holes form pile foundation holes, and the lower vertical holes penetrate through the filling block so that the filling block can form an annular shape; and step five, concrete grout is poured into the pile foundation holes, and the concrete grout is solidified to form a pile foundation.
