The invention discloses an intelligent robot for pollution discharging and obstacle removing of an underground pipeline. The intelligent robot for pollution discharging and obstacle removing of the underground pipeline comprises a front moving disc and a rear moving disc, wherein the rear moving disc is arranged on the left side of the front moving disc, the middle of the left end of the front moving disc and the middle of the right end of the rear moving disc are each rotationally connected with two sets of transmission connecting rods, and transmission blocks are rotationally connected between the two sets of transmission connecting rods; servo motors which are vertically distributed are mounted at the bottoms of the transmission blocks.
