The invention discloses a formwork supporting system which comprises a prefabricated cross beam and a prefabricated wallboard. The prefabricated cross beam and the prefabricated wallboard are connected through a formwork assembly; the formwork assembly comprises a main formwork and a side formwork; an elastic sealing layer is arranged between the main formwork and the side formwork; one side of the main formwork or one side of the side formwork is provided with a supporting edge; one side of the supporting edge is provided with a reinforcing rod assembly; one side of the reinforcing rod assembly is provided with a connecting bolt used for connecting the main formwork and the side formwork; a cushion block assembly is arranged between the main formwork and the prefabricated cross beam; and a jacking screw rod movably connected with the cushion block assembly is arranged on one side of the reinforcing rod assembly.
