The invention provides a wind-shield wall used in a desert area. The wind-shield wall comprises steel stand columns, steel cables, transverse rods, aluminum plates and inclined struts; the steel stand columns and the transverse rods form a main body frame of the wind-shield wall; the aluminum plates transmit wind loads to the steel cables; the steel cables transmit overall loads to the main body frame; the inclined struts are connected with the steel stand columns and foundation small columns of the wind-shield wall; each steel stand column is composed of a column body, a steel cable hanging lug and a transverse rod connecting part; the top end of each steel stand column is closed; two steel bar rings are arranged at the bottom of each steel stand column; each steel cable is composed of a steel cable body and fixing ends; the fixing ends are arranged at the two ends of the steel cables and used for fastening; nuts are further arranged at the two ends of the steel cables; each transverse rod consists of an upper transverse rod, a middle transverse rod and lower square steel; hanging lugs are arranged on the transverse rods and used for fixing the aluminum plates; the two ends of the transverse rods are closed and provided with bolt holes; clamping grooves are formed in the aluminum plates; the aluminum plates are fixed to the steel cable bodies through nut connecting fasteners and fixedly connected with the steel stand columns through the fixing ends; and the size of gaps between the aluminum plates can be adjusted so as to meet the different requirements for the wind shielding rate in different areas and different environments.
